I simply replace already recorded green screen footage with a desired background in formats:jpeg, mp4, mov, and avi. When shooting with a green screen, please follow these basic guidelines:
1) No wrinkles on the green screen.
2) Have even lighting around you and the green screen to avoid shadows.
3) Don't wear the same color as your green or blue screen or it will become transparent.
4) Please provide clear high definition videos and images, or else I cannot guarantee the best quality.
5) Keep the camera still, and if possible, try not to move around too much.
6) The green screen should be fully covering the background of your set
