I will use Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro or DaVinci resolve to replace your green screen footage with a background image or video you provide.

Please note: When your footage is not lit properly and there is a green spill on places that should not be transparent the results won't be sharp.

When you shoot fast movements with green screen, remember to shoot at a higher frame rate and set your shutter speed to double the frame rate. If there is a lot of motion blur the key won't be sharp.
