PROS Very fast worker Extremely talented video editor Follows a brief well Knows how to piece a video together to the beat of music Value for money (he could definitely charge a lot more as I would have paid a higher fee) CONS Lists unlimited revisions yet gets a little frustrated when you keep making changes (to be fair I kept adding revisions to each version he made) ADVICE Ensure you discuss the details of your project/brief in advance and list everything you are after so he doesn't get annoyed when you request amends.

I expected a better follow through on change request. He needed to put much more effort into this project than expected. I sway along. He tried to satisfy my needs but it was not easy. Maybe my expectation were too high, maybe my payment too low, maybe the project too complex and not well descripted. He used free stock material and wasn't able to provide the right voice over in time. Still he kept the deadline which was set really tight. Overall a polite man with good reaction times, but as an advice: manage your expectation before placing an order.
