I am Syed Azhar, a creative and enthusiastic instructional designer experienced in online elearning content creation and an expert developer of Learning Management Systems (LMS). I worked as an instructional and multimedia designer for producing elearning text materials at Commonwealth of Learning Canada, Central Queensland University Australia, Tzu Chi Foundation Australia, Jehovah Witness Australia and Open University Bangladesh.
I use ADDIE model to support academicians for developing online curriculum design, planning pedagogy and instructional design. I have an ability to identify appropriate plan for learning modalities to achieve targeted business outcomes using the effective use of social media tools such as CRM, Link Building, Google Analytics. I have conducted instructional research, analysis on learners and apply it for test with instructional design theories, practice and methods.
I am able to design and develop formal and informal learning solutions according to client needs and create interactive content outlines, storyboards and treatment approaches for written, visual, and audio content. I am a professional and have maintain schedules and deliverable deadlines.
