Seller's Response:
Initially seller was good until he delivered first version and then went radio silent for over two weeks, after I asked for a revision to include things that were originally requested when placing the order. The date that I was trying to hit for this presentation was completely missed, and left a sour taste in my mouth to be honest. Was really very poor customer service.
Seller's Response:The 1 and a half week pause was due to power issues at our office. We tried to communicate this to our buyer and upload the final product as soon as we could. Understandably, this was too late.

:Although everybody is entitled to their own opinion, me and my team did the sufficient edits for the length of the final product, the length of the footage, and the instructions given to us in comparison to the price.
