2. The number of cuts and connections to be made
3. If transitions are needed.
4. If titles and / or subtitles are required
5. If you need to add music (to synchronize).
6. If I have to work on the colors of the video
7. If I need to adjust the audio
8. If you want slowmotion effects or speed up.
9. If want me have to do masking (blur or other)
10. If it's a Youtube video at the end you'll have a 20-second of promotion for your channel and maybe another one and 1 or 2 other videos, do you need that?
