I will use my skills in both Photoshop and Sony Vegas to supply you with a loading screen to your specifications. It includes the animated character doing a dance of your choice with a skin of you choice, along side an animated background which all links perfectly in sync (OBS/SLOBS may be needed to loop if for a stream.)
